I hope you all received your ‘Winter Gritting Newsletter’, for when the weather changes and we need to grit the paths around school. If you did not receive this, please ask for a copy at the school office.
Our new, ‘Reading Challenge’, that started in the Autumn term, was a great success with pupils and staff alike! Two children received a book voucher, when we did the raffle in the final assembly of term. The challenge continues and we will award another two vouchers to lucky winners at the end of the Spring term! Keep reading!!
You should all now have received your year group’s, ‘Spring Term Newsletters’, from your child’s class teacher. If you did not receive your copy, they can be found in the newsletter section of the school website. We started these termly newsletters in the Autumn term, and hope they provide useful information for parents and carers at the start of each term. If there is anything you think could be added to improve this communication, please let me know when you see me on the gate in the morning.
Parents evenings are set for Monday 10th and Wednesday 12th February—you should now have
received your letters inviting you into school. I look forward to seeing all our parents in school!
